! Adding new authentication code for Mambo 4.7.  This a new authentication mambot called mosvaliduserbotmd5x2.  This improves password encryption levels by adding a randomized salt and doubling up on md5 encryption.  The users password is now updated with each successful login.  Should improve defenses against rainbow tables and brute force attacks.  mosvaliduserbotmd5x2 is the new defaulot authenticator, but legacy md5 encryption is still supported for upgraders (note: once enabled though after upgrade there is no reverse).
